Caltech students will perform music for small string and woodwind ensembles and piano duets. Each program in the May chamber music series is different, with separate performers and repertoire.
The program for this concert features trio sonatas by Vivaldi, Quantz, and Goldberg (the Goldberg of The Goldberg Variations fame), Martinu's Sonatine for Two Violins and Piano, Mendessohn's Sextet, Op. 110, and Dvorak's Piano Quintet.
A reception will follow the concert.
