This concert honors the 250th birthday of Mozart, born this day in 1756. The chamber ensembles will perform music for strings and piano, the Quartet for Oboe and Strings, and the "Kegelstatt" Trio.
A free reception for all will follow the performance.
The instrumental music program at Caltech includes more than 20 different small chamber ensembles (in addition to the Jazz Bands, the Concert Band, the Symphony Orchestra and the Chamber Orchestra)! Please note that each of the concerts listed as "Student Chamber Ensembles" throughout the year is unique, with different selections by different groups!
