The Caltech Ticket Office is the box office for Caltech’s Beckman
Auditorium, Ramo Auditorium, and Dabney Lounge. The Ticket Office
is located in the northwest section of the Caltech campus, at 332
South Michigan Avenue, one block south of Del Mar Boulevard, in
Pasadena [MAP].
Ticket Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday,
and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays from September through May.
Tickets for Caltech events may be purchased in advance in person,
by U.S. mail, by fax, or by phone. The event box office is also open for sales beginning one hour before each event. We accept cash, check, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. For additional event
information, to be put on our (U.S. Mail) mailing list, or to purchase

Series
Series discounts are available for:
- Performing Arts - purchase three or more for series pricing:
- 3 shows = $3 off each adult ticket
- 4 shows = $4 off each adult ticket
- 5 or more = $5 off each adult ticket
- Coleman Chamber Music Series - purchase all six for special pricing
Youth
Special prices for those high school age and younger are available
for most performances. See specific event information for these
prices. However, regardless of age, all children must have a ticket
and sit in their own seats. Not all events may be suitable for youth.
Student & Senior Rush Tickets
Tickets for only $10 each are available to full-time students with
I.D. and seniors 55 or better beginning one-half hour prior to most performances
(subject to availability). Limit two tickets per I.D.
Group Rates
Discounts are available, for reserved seating events, to groups of 10 or more:
10 to 24 receive $4 off per adult ticket
25 to 39 receive $5 off per adult ticket
40 or more receive $6 off per adult ticket
Caltech Students
Tickets to all Caltech Public Events are only $5 for Caltech students
with I.D. Limit two tickets per I.D.
Coleman Chamber Concerts: Fifty (50) free tickets are available
to Caltech students with I.D. to all Coleman Chamber Concerts.
The $4 per order handling fee is waived for Caltech students.
Caltech/JPL Family
The Caltech/JPL Family includes all Caltech/JPL faculty, staff,
alumni, and retirees, and members of The Caltech Associates and
The Friends of Beckman Auditorium. The Caltech/JPL Family discount
is $3 off on adult tickets to reserved seating events in Beckman
Auditorium.
TECHTIX (half-price tickets) are available to all Caltech/JPL faculty,
staff, alumni, and retirees on the day of an event, or on Friday
for weekend events, subject to availability.
The $4 per order handling fee is waived for the Caltech/JPL Family.
As specified under the Americans
With Disabilites Act (ADA) of 1990, we strive to make all of
our events accessible to everyone. But then...we always have!
Caltech’s auditoriums are wheelchair accessible. If you require
special seating, please let the ticket seller know when you call,
or mention your needs on your order form.
Large-type programs are available for all events. If asked, house
staff will gladly read any portion of the program aloud to a guest.
Beckman and Ramo Auditoriums are equipped with assistive listening
devices for the hard of hearing. We use high-quality infrared Sennheiser
Assistive Listening Devices for the hard of hearing. The units are
available free of charge in Beckman and Ramo Auditoriums. A non-monetary
deposit (driver’s license, credit card, etc.) is required.
With a minimum of five working days notice, professional American
Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be provided for
any performance.

Communications
All guests, regardless of age, must have their own tickets for
those events requiring tickets.
Tickets for orders received within seven (7) days of an event will
be held for pick-up at the Will Call window of the auditorium box
office beginning one hour before the event.
If you are unable to attend an event for which you have tickets,
we will gladly accept the tickets back for exchange or future credit.
Tickets being returned must be received in our office before
the event.
All artists, dates, and programs are subject to change without
