Caltech Campus Programs and Community Relations coordinates the programming, production, and promotion of all events held in Beckman and Ramo Auditoriums, and schedules Dabney Lounge and Gardens.

Beckman Auditorium is operated by Caltech Campus Programs and Community Relations as a campus and community service. A broad spectrum of performing arts, lectures, films, classes and entertainment events are offered throughout the academic year. All events presented in Beckman Auditorium are directly sponsored by Caltech.

Beckman Mall (also known as the Court of Man) is the grassy area bounded by Beckman Auditorium to the north, Baxter Hall of the Humanities to the east, and Beckman Behavioral Biology Lab to the west. This is where Caltech’s Commencement ceremony and other convocations such as Inauguration are staged.
