Decoding Diversity

This 1-hour signature session introduces participants to foundational terms and concepts to engage equity, diversity and inclusion issues in a meaningful way. Through practical examples, participants will be guided through the differences between 'Equity' and 'Equality;' 2) the dimensions of social identity and 3) the relationship between inclusion and diversity. This session grounds equity efforts as the starting point to diversity. RSVP
