Caltech Event Production coordinates the programming, production, and promotion of all events held in Beckman and Ramo Auditoriums.
Other campus locations are open to Caltech/JPL programs only.
Please note that Caltech does not rent its facilities. All non-Caltech uses must be sponsored by a division or department of Caltech.
